Property Management in the Lecrin Valley

We are a family run business that specialise in looking after a small number of individual homes in the Lecrin Valley and Albunuelas in partaciular.

The beautiful Lecrin Valley provides the perfect setting for your dream home in the sun, and now that you have seen your dream realised you may be finding that being an absent homeowner is not always easy

You may not want to rent your home to anyone other than family or friends and do not want to hand your property over to a rental company to manage but would still like to keep your home fresh, clean and in good order for you and your guests visits.

Our basic service.

We will check the property once a week inside and out and provide you with a monthly report. We will inform you immediately of any problems arising at the property requiring urgent attention and then act on your instruction to put things right. During this weekly inspection we will check all the windows, doors and alarm (if fitted).

Flush all toilets, run all taps and showers to clean any stagnant water and to eliminate any smell, leaving fresh water in the pipes.

Water plants

Check property for signs of damp or mould. Check property for any infestation both inside and out.

Check your mail box and agree with you in advance what to do with any mail received.

Allow property to have a good airing and ensure that the property is properly secured on completion of inspection.

We will also, at no extra charge, check your property immediately after any adverse weather in case of unexpected damage.

Our charges

The weekly charge for this service in Albunuelas is 5 euro per week payable quarterly in advance

Meet and Greet

Our standard charge for this service is 10 euro

Cleaning

If you would like us to service your property after each visit the cost will be 1/2 bedrooms 40 euro. 3 bedrooms 50 euro. 4 bedrooms 60 euro. There may be a small extra charge for larger than average properties

This charge includes a high standard of clean, remove all rubbish, supply all cleaning materials, check all light bulbs and replace as necessary and change the beds.

Laundry will be washed, ironed and stored ready for the next changeover

You should provide 3 sets of bedding and towels to allow for any "accidents" with your guests and same day changeovers.

If required we can also arrange the delivery of gas and wood

Welcome Pack

We can if requested before your arrival supply you with a welcome pack containing Fresh bread, Orange Juice, 250g Butter, 1Ltr Milk, 1K Sugar, 20 Tea Bags, Sm jar of Coffee, 6 Fresh Eggs, Pkt Sweet Biscuits and 1.5ltr of Water. Total cost 10 euro.

For owners with property outside Albunuelas we will be pleased to quote you for the same services but at a slightly increased cost to allow for travelling etc.
